摘要
技术是文明的元素,技术活动模式是人类生存与发展之本。随着现代技术功能的日趋强大,人们受到的技术奴役也愈来愈广泛而深重。技术奴役是技术矛盾运动的具体表现,种类繁多;消除技术奴役的努力应当具有针对性,遵循人本原则、可容忍原则、民主原则、审慎原则这四项基本原则。只有在技术进步、人性完善与社会发展的历史进程中,人们才能逐步削弱技术奴役,摆脱技术困境。
Technology is one of the elements of human civilization. Technological activity is the foundation for human survival as well as development. With the increasing power of modern technology comes the more extensive and profound enslavement of people. Technology enslavement is the demonstration of technology contradiction and is in various forms. The efforts to eliminate technology enslavement should be well-targeted and based on the Four Fundamental Principles. Only in the progress of technical advancement, humanity improvement and social development can we gradually pare down technology enslavement and step out of the predicament brought by technology.
