摘要
目的建立生肌玉红膏提取制备工艺优化与质控标准。方法采用高压液相仪测定有效成分含量,通过正交设计优化确定制备工艺参数、条件与流程。结果生肌玉红膏制备工艺为:取当归、甘草二味,混匀,用70%乙醇加热回流提取2次,每次加8倍量乙醇,回流提取1 h,合并滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,备用。另取白芷、紫草二味,混匀,粉碎成粗粉,过20目筛,以8倍量70%乙醇作溶剂,浸渍8小时后进行渗漉提取,渗漉速度为0.5 ml·(min·kg)-1,收集渗漉液,合并,将血竭加入渗漉液中,搅匀,使溶解,再加入当归、甘草提取物,搅匀使溶解。结论生肌玉红膏制备工艺与质控标准稳定可行。
Objective The parameters of preparing for Shengji Yuhong Plaster were optimized. Methods The technical parameters,conditions and preparation process were optimized by orthogonal test design evaluated with 1260 HPLC focused on active ingredients of Shengji Yuhong Plaster. Results The optimal processes of preparation Shengji Yuhong Plaster were as follows: Angelica root and licorice were mixed and extracted twice with heat reflux for 1h each time by 70% of alcohol of which volume were 8time of herbs. Angelica and radix arnebiae seu lithospermi were mixed and smashed to pass through 20 mesh and followed by percolate extraction with 8 time volume of 70% of alcohol liquids of which the speed was 0. 5 ml·( min·kg)- 1. Then daemonorops draco was mixed homogenized in the percolation and plus with the extractions of angelica root and licorice finally to complete the whole process. Conclusion The preparation process and quality control standards of Shengji Yuhong Plaster were feasible with its better angiogenic effects than those of traditional preparing process.
