摘要
在试验室模拟了连续退火的镀锡钢板MR T-4CA不同变形量的平整。研究了平整变形量对连续退火的MR T-4CA镀锡钢板力学性能、时效性能及组织的影响。提出了通过平整变形量实现高硬度级别镀锡产品的生产工艺参数,这能为工业应用提供依据。
The continuous annealing tin sheet MR T-4CA with different temper rolling deformations was simulated in the laboratory. The effects of temper rolling deformation on the mechanical properties, aging performance and microstructure of MR T-4CA tin sheet were researched. The production process parameters of high hardness grade tin plating product achieved by temper rolling deformation were proposed. This can provide the basis for industrial application.
