摘要
文章研究了超低碳深冲钢中主要化学元素P、Ti对钢带强度的影响,以及主要生产工艺(如热轧冷却模式、退火温度、退火速度)对钢带强度的影响,根据客户需求,优化包钢DC04性能,降低了钢带屈强比,提高了冲压成形性,满足了客户需求。
In this paper,it is studied the effects of main chemical elements P and Ti in ultra-low carbon deep drawing steel as well as main production technologies(i.e.cooling mode of hot rolling,annealing temperature and annealing speed)on strength of steel strip.The yield ratio of steel strip is reduced,punch formability is improved through optimizing the performances of DC04 of Baotou Steel according to customer requirements so that they could be met.
