摘要
在试验室模拟薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产了含Mo、Nb的TRIP钢。拉伸试验检测表明,试验钢的力学性能为σb=915MPa,σs=780MPa,δ=16%;试样组织为铁素体+贝氏体+残留奥氏体,X射线衍射分析表明残留奥氏体的含量为5%;透射电镜观察发现,晶内有大量纳米尺度的(Nb,Ti)C,MnS和(Nb,Ti)C粒子复合析出,残留奥氏体为薄膜状。
TRIP steel with Nb and Mo was prepared by thin slab casting and rolling process in laboratory simulation. The results of tensile experiment indicate that the mechanical properties are tensile strength of 915 MPa,yield strength of 780 MPa, elongation of 16%. The results show that the microstrueture is composed of ferrite, bainite and retained austenite, and the X-ray diffraction examination indicates that the retaind austenite fraction is around 5%, many nano-precipitations of( Nb, Ti)C, MnS and( Nb, Ti)C are distributed in grain, and retained austenite exists as film.
