中药药渣拌水煤浆混烧工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 以某药厂实际生产过程中采集的中药药渣废弃物样品为研究对象,通过实验分析的方法,结合自有成熟的水煤浆流化悬浮燃烧技术,分析中药药渣拌水煤浆混合燃烧处理工艺的可行性。研究结果表明:中药药渣为高水分、高可燃挥发分、低热值、低灰熔点的固体废弃物。拌水煤浆流化悬浮混合燃烧处理工艺可使中药药渣在进行无害化处理的同时进一步利用其中潜在的能量。低温燃烧可有效避免结焦和热力型NO_x产生,可有效控制SO_2的排放,具有处理量大、处理中药药渣的种类范围广、能量合理回收利用等优点。 Taking herb residue produced by the a pharmaceutical factory as the research object, combining our own mature process called fluidization-suspension combustion technology of coal-water slurry, the feasibility of the co-firing process of herb residue with coal-water slurry in a circulating fluidized bed was analyzed through the experiment method. The results show that herb residue has high moisture, high flammable volatile, low calorific value, and low ash melting point of solid waste. This technology can take herb residue in the harmless disposal and make use of the potential energy at the same time. Low temperature combustion can avoid effectively coking, reduce the production of thermal NOx, and effectively control the release of the SO2. The technology has processing capacity, processing a wide range of types of herb residues and rational energy utilization etc. advantages.
