摘要 以榆林神华青龙寺精煤为原料,探究配料兰炭末掺配的可行性以及对水煤浆性能(浓度、黏度和稳定性)的影响和机理。研究不同原料配比、添加剂种类和用量对水煤浆性能的影响。结果表明:兰炭末的掺配会迅速提高水煤浆的黏度,成浆性一般。添加剂NBS-1B的引入,大大提升了水煤浆的成浆性。当精煤与兰炭掺配比为7∶3,水煤浆浓度60%,添加剂用量0.7%时,水煤浆性能最佳。 Yulin Shenhua Qinglongsi fine coal was used as raw material to investigate the feasibility of blending the ingredients,the effect and mechanism on the performance(concentration,viscosity and stability)of coal-water slurry by blending the raw material,the end of lanthan.The effects of different raw material ratios,additive types and dosages on the properties of coal-water slurry were investigated.The results show that the blending of lanthanum powder will rapidly increase the viscosity of coal-water slurry with average slurry formation.The introduction of additive NBS-1B greatly improves the slurry-forming property of coal-water slurry.The best performance of the water-coal slurry is achieved when the reference ratio of fine coal to lanthanum is 7∶3,the concentration of water-coal slurry is 60%,and the amount of additive is 0.7%.
