玻璃纤维纱耐磨性能研究

摘要 在Y731D型抱合力机上分别改变摩擦时的预加张力、摩擦速度与纱线线密度等参数,对玻璃纤维纱的耐磨性能进行了测试分析.结果表明,在预加张力较小时,玻璃纤维纱的耐磨性随张力的增大而增强,当张力增加到一定值时,其耐磨性会呈现降低趋势,故存在一个最佳张力;在一定速度范围内,随速度增加纱线耐磨次数增加,当速度过高时纱线的耐磨性会有所下降;随着纱线线密度的增加,玻璃纤维纱的耐磨性会逐渐增强. The abrasive resistance of the glass fiber yarn is studied in this paper. The Y731D cohesive force measuring and test in-struments are used to test the abrasive resistance of the glass fiber in different pretensions,friction speeds and linear densities of yarn. The result shows that,the abrasive resistance of the glass fiber yarn will increase with the increase of the pretension. When the preten-sion increases to a certain value,the relevant abrasive resistance of the yarn will be reduced,and there is an optimal pretension. In a certain speed range,the abrasive resistance will increase with the increase of the friction speed,when the friction speed is too high,the wear resistance will fall. With the increase of yarn density,the abrasive resistance of the glass fiber yarn will increase gradually.
