摘要
对开发的轻薄型玻纤织物基本性能和热性能进行测试,结果表明:轻薄型玻纤织物与中厚型玻纤织物相比,其面密度和质量均小,柔软,高温作用一定时间后,强力、断裂伸长率和断裂功等性能基本保持不变。因此,把轻薄型玻纤织物应用于运载火箭推进剂存储箱的箱体外绝热防护层,不但更易弯曲成形,方便制作,而且可以有效地降低火箭的载重负荷,提高火箭的上升速度,降低火箭的制造和使用成本,并可以保持火箭的良好工作状态。
It has been proved by testing its basic and thermal properties of thin glassfiber fabric that the fabric is of small surface density, light weight and soft compared to the thick glassfiber fabric, and its strength, elongation and fracture energy and other basic functions can remain the same under high temperature during certain period of time. When the thin glass fabric is used as rocket propellant storage tank outside heat insulation layer, it is not only easier in bending shape, but also effectively reducing the rocket's load capacity, thus improved the rocket speed with the cost of rocket manufacture reduced and a good working condition kept.
