摘要
在Y731型抱合力仪上分别对4种不同原料、捻度、颜色的粗纺羊绒纱进行摩擦性能研究。通过改变粗纺羊绒纱在摩擦过程中所受的张力、摩擦速度,分析了张力、摩擦速度对粗纺羊绒纱耐磨性能的影响情况。结果表明,粗纺羊绒纱本身的强力与其耐磨的性能不具有相关性。单纱所受的张力越大,粗纺羊绒纱越不耐磨;纱线细度相同时,在一定捻度范围内,捻度越小,耐磨次数越多;在一定速度范围内,随着摩擦速度的提高,粗纺羊绒纱耐磨次数增加。
The frictional property of four woollen cashmere yarns in different materials,different twists and different colors was studied with the Y731-type instrument.The factors,such as tension,frictional velocity were analyzed.The test results showed that tension and frictional velocity were the main factors which influence wear-resistant property of woollen cashmere yarn.There was not relationship between strength and wear-resistant property of woollen cashmere yarns.The more the tension of single woollen cashmere yarn was,the worse wear-resistant property was.The twist and frictional velocity of woollen cashmere yarn affect wear-resistant properties to some extent.
