以就业为导向经管类专业创新人才培养模式探析 被引量:4

摘要 我国大学生就业形势越来越严峻,经管类专业的毕业生就业压力增大,由于经管人才缺乏实践能力和创新意识,自身的就业能力明显不足。虽然经管类专业的毕业生具备经济管理基础知识和创新创业的专业知识,但是经管类专业的培养过程中目标不明确,路径选择不合理,大批的经管人才不能很好地适应用人单位对人才多样性的要求。当前经管类专业创新人才培养面临的现状不容乐观,因此探究人才培养模式是培养应用型经管类创新人才的重要途径。 Currently, the employment situation is more and more rigorous in China, economics and management graduates are confronted with the increasing employment pressure. The economics and management graduates are lack of employment capability innovation awareness, so their employment ability is obviously insufficient. The economics and management graduates have the basic knowledge of economics management and professional knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship, but in the culture process, the targets of economics and management major are not clear, the path selection is not reasonable, so a large number of management personnel can not adapt to the requirements of diversity of talents asserted by the employing unit. Currently, the present situation of innovative personnel training of economics and management majors is optimistic, so to explorate talent training mode is an important way to cultivate innovative talents of applied economics and management.
