摘要
金融是现代经济的核心,随着金融全球化、金融创新、金融自由化、金融市场的不断开放,对我国金融人才的培养质量和培养规格提出了更高的要求。如何以最快的速度和最有效的方式培养出具有全球视野、能够适应国际竞争的高素质金融人才,是当前我国金融人才培养面临的紧迫任务。文章首先回顾我国高校金融专业人才培养模式的演变,其次比较经济学院模式与商学院模式,然后简要分析我国高校金融专业人才需求状况,深刻揭示了我国金融专业人才培养模式存在的主要问题,最后详细探讨了我国各高校金融专业人才培养模式的创新。
finance is the core of modern economy, with the continuous opening of financial globalization, financial innovation, financial liberalization, financial market, to our country financial talent training quality and training standards put forward higher requirements. How to cultivate high-quality financial talents with global perspective, able to adapt to the international competition to be the fastest and most effective way, is the current urgent task facing financial talents. This paper first reviews the evolution of the mode of talents training in Universities of our country financial, followed by comparison of model and School of business, School of economics model, then briefly analyzes our country university financial professional talent demand status, and reveal the main problems existing in China financial professional personnel training, and finally a detailed discussion on the innovation of training model for talents in Colleges in our country financial.
