摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜结肠肿瘤手术中肿瘤定位困难的定位方法。方法对18例术中定位困难的结肠肿瘤患者使用手助腹腔镜联合常规腹腔镜完成手术,观察定位情况。结果 18例患者中16例(88.9%)患者完成定位,2例(11.1%)患者手助腹腔镜定位困难,术中联合肠镜完成定位。结论利用手助腹腔镜联合常规腹腔镜,在定位困难的结肠肿瘤手术中,是一个简单、实用、经济的方法。
Objective To investigate localization method in laparoscopic operation for colon tumor with difficult localization. Methods A total of 18 Patients of colon tumor with difficult localization received handassisted laparoscope combined with conventional laparoscope in operation. Localization status was observed. Results Among the 18 cases, there were 16 cases （88,9%） received successful localization, and 2 cases （11.1%） had completed localization by intraoperative enteroscope due to difficult localization by hand-assisted laparoscope. Conclusion Implement of hand-assisted laparoscope combined with conventional laparoscope is an easy and practical method in operation for colon tumor with difficult localization with economical advantage.
