摘要
临沧县城一带，于１９９２年７～１０月先后发生鼠间和人间鼠疫暴发流行。确诊鼠疫患者１１人、隐性感染１人。从人、鼠、蚤共分离鼠疫菌６６株。据鼠疫苗的质粒图谱特征和流行病学调查推测，鼠疫是由澜沧一带疫区经交通工具传入。
From July to October 1992, rodent plague and human plague broke out in the downtown of Lincang county. 11 human cases of infection and one human case of latent infection were diagnosed. 66 strains of Yereinia pestis were isolated from human beings, rodents and fleas. It is inferred from the map of Y. pestis plasmid and epidemical survey that the plague was transmitted from the focus of infection in Lincang by means of transportation.
