摘要
目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学方法在乳腺外科临床教学中的效果。方法选取在乳腺外科实习学生42名,随机分为实验组和对照组(各21名),分别采用PBL联合CBL教学方法和传统方式授课。实习结束后进行专业考试。比较两组教学方式的满意度。结果实习学生的实验组学生中专业知识和临床技能操作的成绩明显优于对照组学生(P<0.05),对照组学生的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合CBL教学方法可提高乳腺外科的临床教学效果,值得在临床教学实践中推广。
Objective To explore the effect of PBL combing with CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of breast surgery. Methods Totally 42 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group( 21 each),respectively using PBL combined with CBL teaching method and traditional teaching method. After the internship professional knowledge were examined. The teaching satisfaction were compared. Results The score of professional knowledge and clinical skills in experimental group were significantly higher than those the control group( P〈0. 05) and experimental group have more satisfaction( P〈0. 05). Conclusion PBL combining with CBL can improve the effect of clinical breast surgery,and is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
