摘要
目的:为了提高五年制大专《生理学》教学质量,强化学生基层临床实践技能,为毕业后资质考试夯实基础。方法:选取2013级"五年制大专"护理6、8班共139名学生为试验组,2013级"五年制大专"护理1、2班共135名学生为对照组,试验组在实际教学过程中采用贴近基层、临床和资质考试的"三贴近"创新教学模式为指导,多媒体与PBL和CBL双轨并用的教学方法,采用"教材+板书"式传统教学法。通过生理学期末考试成绩和发放问卷调查对两组教学效果进行比较。结果:采用"三贴近"教学模式的试验组期末考试成绩优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组问卷调查显示相对于传统教学模式学生更喜欢"三贴近"教学模式。结论:在五年制大专《生理学》教学中应用"三贴近"教学模式,既提高学生学习兴趣,又能符合现代医学职业教育的要求,使《生理学》教学起到事半功倍的效果。
Objective:To improve the teaching quality of physiology in five-year college,strengthen the students' clinical practice abilities,and to lay good foundation for their qualification test.Method:One hundred and thirty-nine students from 2013"five-year college" nursing class 6 and 8 were selected as the experimental group,while one hundred and thirty-five students from 2013"five-year college" nursing class 1 and 2 were selected as the control group.The experimental group was adopted the idea of "three closeness",which meaned closing to grass-root units,clinical practice and qualification test,while the control group was recieved the traditional teaching method.The teaching effect of two groups were compared through questionnaire and their scores of the final exam.Result:Students from the experimental group performed better than those from the control group in the final exam,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),and the questionnaire from the experimental group showed that students preferred the teaching mode of "three closeness".Conclusion:The application of "three closeness" in physiology teaching in five-year college not only arouse the interest of the students,but also meet the requirements of modern medical vocational education,making the teaching of physiology more effective.
