摘要
以碳纤维织物(碳布)为基体,采用丙酮浓硝酸前处理、导电聚合物表面聚合、导电炭黑涂层表面涂覆等方式制得多组分电磁屏蔽材料。分别测试经过不同方式处理的碳布的电磁屏蔽性能,通过微波远场散射强度测试,分析多组分碳布电磁屏蔽材料的屏蔽机理。
Based on the carbon-fiber fabric,treated by acetone nitric acid pretreatment,conductive polymer surface polymerization and conductive carbon black coating, multi-component electromagnetic shielding materials were prepared. The electromagnetic shielding performances of carbon-fiber fabric samples,treated in different ways,were tested. With the help of electromagnetic shielding performance test and far-field microwave scattering intensity test,the shielding mechanism of multi-component electromagnetic shielding material was analyzed.
