摘要
测试了涂覆有不同含量和厚度的导电炭黑涂层的棉织物的导电性和电磁屏蔽效能。综合考虑屏蔽效能和成膜性能,得到了最佳的导电炭黑含量和涂层厚度。通过微波远场散射强度测试,得到导电炭黑涂覆棉织物电磁屏蔽的主要方式。
The electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding of coated cotton fabric by different content and different thickness of conductive carbon black were tested.The optimal contents of conductive carbon black and the best thickness of the coated fabric were obtained based on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and film formation.Through the testing results by the far-field microwave method,the main ways of the electromagnetic shielding for coated cotton fabric by conductive carbon black were obtained.
