摘要
目的了解基层医疗机构远程部署影像归档和通信系统(PACS)应用需求,在不同医院间的异构PACS中实现远程放射影像诊断。方法通过业务流程集成、数据集成、界面集成的方式进行系统间的对接。结果建成一套异构模式的远程PACS,梳理出影像和报告信息的传输和交换流程,并解决基层医疗机构患者资料不全和建设网络带宽的问题。结论异构模式的远程PACS建设,对于患者、基层医疗机构都有重要意义。
Objective To understand primary medical institutions needs of the remote PACS application,and to achieve remote radiographic diagnosis in heterogeneous PACS in different hospitals. Methods Through the business process integration,data integration,interface integration,we aimed to achieve system integration. Results We built a set of heterogeneous model of remote PACS system,combing the images and reports information transmission and exchange process,and put forward the solution for the questions of the incompletion of patient information and network bandwidth. Conclusion The construction of heterogeneous mode of remote PACS has great significance for the basic medical institutions and patients.
