摘要
探讨北京地区区域性PACS建设的必要性,从管理机制、法律、安全性、技术、资金等方面指出北京地区区域性PACS建设需要解决的问题,在介绍国内部分地区区域性PACS建设的经验和模式的基础上提出北京地区区域性PACS具体解决方案和可行的建设模式。
The paper discusses the necessity of regional PACS construction in Beijing area, points out the problems which are need to be resolved from the following aspects： management mechanism, laws, security, technology, funding, etc. Based on the introduction of experiences and modes of regional PACS construction in parts of domestic regions, it puts forward concrete solutions and feasible con- struction modes for regional PACS construction in Beijing area.
