摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术临床疗效及护理满意度的观察。方法采用数字表法随机选取2012年5月至2015年5月陕西省西安市第一医院眼科收治的80例翼状胬肉患者,依据知情同意的原则分为2组,即研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组患者采用综合护理干预。结果研究组患者的复发率为7.5%(3/40)显著低于对照组的17.5%(7/40),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组手术时间显著短于对照组[分别为(41.0±7.2)min、(45.0±6.7)min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),呼吸频率、收缩压、舒张压、指端血氧饱和度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度97.5%(39/40)与对照组的65.0%(26/40)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够有效提升翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction in patients with pterygium excision coupled with cornea limbal stem cell transplantation. Methods Eighty pterygium patients admitted into the Department of Ophthalmology of the First Hospital,Xi＇an,Shanxi Province,from May 2012 to May 2015 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into 2 groups： the study group（ n = 40） and the control group（ n = 40）. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The recurrent rate 7. 5%（ 3 /40） of the study group was significantly lower than that（ 17. 5%,7 /40） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the surgical time of the study group [（ 41. 0 ± 7. 2） min] was significantly shorter than that of the control group [（ 45. 0 ± 6. 69）min],with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of respiratory rate,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The level of finger oxygen saturation was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the rate of nursing satisfaction for the study group was 97. 5%（ 39 /40）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 65. 0%,26 /40）,also with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention could effectively enhance the therapeutic outcomes and nursing satisfaction of the patients with pterygium excision coupled with cornea limbal stem cell transplantation.
