摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对急性闭角型青光眼患者心理及疼痛的影响。方法:选择120例急性闭角型青光眼患者,根据护理方式的差异,将患者分为干预组与对照组,每组60例。比较干预前后两组患者疼痛及SAS、SDS评分情况。结果:干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分都较干预前显著降低,干预组干预后SAS、SDS评分分别为(34.5±3.5)分、(33.6±4.2)分,显著低于对照组干预后(44.3±3.6)分,(43.7±4.6)分。两组患者疼痛缓解程度比较发现,干预组完全缓解率、部分缓解率和总有效率分别为23.2%、43.3%、93.2%,均显著高于对照组的13.3%、36.7%、88.3%。结论:综合护理干预能显著改善急性闭角型青光眼患者的心理状态,减轻患者疼痛,有助于提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological and pain of acute closed angle glaucoma.Methods 120 patients with acute angle closure glaucoma patients,according to the difference of nursing,the patients were divided into intervention group and control group,60 cases each group.Comparison of two groups of patients before and after pain and SAS,SDS score of intervention.Results After the intervention,two groups of patients with SAS,SDS score were significantly reduced compared with before intervention,intervention group SAS,SDS scores were（34.5±3.5）%,（33.6±4.2）%,significantly lower than the control group after interventi on（44.3±3.6）%,（43.7±4.6）%.Two groups of patients with pain relieving degree of comparison,the intervention group the rate of complete remission,partial remission rate and total effective rate were 23.2%,43.3%,93.2%,were higher than the control group 13.3%,36.7%,88.3%.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can signifcantly improve patients with acute angle closure glaucoma mental state,reduce the pain of patients,help to improve the therapeutic effect.
