摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩联合心理护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者的护理价值。方法 86例急性闭角型青光眼患者,以随机分组法分为A组和B组,各43例。A组患者在治疗期间应用常规心理护理,B组患者在常规心理护理的基础上联合穴位按摩护理,观察比较两组患者治疗后眼压、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 B组眼压(28.76±4.51)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)低于A组的(39.75±3.87)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组并发症发生率18.60%低于A组的46.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组护理满意度93.02%高于A组的69.77%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性闭角型青光眼患者经穴位按摩联合心理护理后眼压明显下降,并发症较少,且患者护理满意度高。
Objective To discuss the nursing value of acupoint massage combined with psychological nursing for patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma. Methods A total of 86 patients with acute angleclosure glaucoma were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 43 cases in each group. Group A received conventional psychological nursing during treatment, and group B received acupoint massage on the basis of conventional psychological nursing. Observation and comparison were made on intraocular pressure, complications and nursing satisfaction after treatment between the two groups. Results Group B had lower intraocular pressure as（28.76±4.51） mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa） than（39.75±3.87） mm Hg in group A, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Group B had lower incidence of complications as 18.60% than 46.51% in group A, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Group B had higher nursing satisfaction as 93.02% than 69.77% in group A, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of acupoint massage and psychological nursing can obviously lower the intraocular pressure of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma with less complications and high nursing satisfaction.
