摘要
介绍了年产5万t甘蔗糖蜜酒精生产线建设项目中集成应用的新技术、新工艺,并对其节能效益进行分析。实践表明,该生产线在保证酒精产品质量的同时,节能降耗,降低成本,经济效益、社会效益和环保效益显著,为甘蔗糖蜜酒精生产提供新方法和新思路。
The new technology integrated application in the 50kt/d cane molasses alcohol production line construction project of Guangxi Pingxiang Fenghao alcohol Co. Ltd was introduced in this paper. And the energy-saving benefit was analyzed. The fact showed that the alcohol production line could ensure the products quality, save energy and reduce consumption and cost. The project＇s economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit was remarkable, and it provided a new way and new idea for sugar cane molasses alcohol production.
