摘要
建议将广西发展生物燃料乙醇的战略转变到以甘蔗为原料,采取蔗糖-乙醇联产的方式生产燃料乙醇的战略上来,在提升广西制糖业竞争力的同时,大力发展燃料乙醇产业,从而使生物燃料乙醇产业成为广西新的支柱产业,并获得可持续的发展。
Suggested the strategy of development of bio-fuel ethanol in Guangxi need to be transformed to that by using sugarcane as raw material, adopting sugar ＆ ethanol co-production model to produce fuel ethanol. In the meantime of enhancing the competitiveness of sugar industry in Guangxi, the fuel ethanol industry will develop vigorously. Therefore, the bio-fuel ethanol industry will become a new pillar industry in Guangxi and obtain sustainable development.
