摘要
在间歇式高压反应釜中,以水为反应介质,研究了药渣直接低温液化制备生物油的工艺条件。结果表明:药渣受到提取过程的影响,纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的结构受到一定破坏,液化所需温度和反应时间降低,在290℃下反应2 h时,药渣转化率达到90.79%,得油率为15.36%;药渣液化中纤维素和木质素的液化程度较高;溶剂水含量增加时,有助于呋喃类化合物产生而抑制了芳香类化合物生成;氮气压力的增加,在一定程度上促进了半纤维素的裂解而阻止了木质素的裂解。
The preparation technologies of bio-oil by direct low-temperature liquefaction of medicinal residue were studied in a batch autoclave with water as the reaction medium.The results show that the structures of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin are damaged,the temperature and reaction time required for liquefaction are reduced due to the influence of the extraction process.The conversion of medicinal residue is 73.13%and the oil yield is 14.58%when it is reacted at 190℃for 2 h.The liquefaction process of medicinal residues follows the sequence of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin.Higher solvent water content is conducive to the production of furans and inhibits the production of aromatic compounds.The increase of N 2 pressure promotes the pyrolysis of hemicellulose and inhibits the pyrolysis of lignin to some extent.
