摘要
替罗非班作为一种高效的抗血小板药物,是GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗药物的一种,在冠心病治疗中具有很高的应用价值。本文综述了替罗非班在冠心病治疗中的最新研究进展、与其相关的药理学特性和不良反应以及与其他GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂药物的比较,以便更好地指导临床应用。
Tirofiban is an efficient anta-platelet drug, which is one of the platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa inhibitor antagonists and possesses a higher application value in the treatment of coronary heart diseases. The article made an overview on these aspects： latest research progress of tirofiban in the treatment of coronary heart diseases, related pharmacological properties and adverse reactions, and compared with other GPⅡb/Ⅲa inhibitor antagonists, aiming to guide the clinical application better.
