摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者以老年人居多,循证医学研究显示,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者强化抗血小板治疗,心脏事件发生率会明显降低。现就老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病抗血小板治疗的临床现状做一综述。 Elderly patients suffer the highest rate of coronary heart disease.Evidence-based medicine shows that antiplatelet therapy significantly reduces vascular mortality.This article reviews the use of antiplatelet therapy for coronary heart disease in the elderly.
