补阳还五汤对短暂性脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马神经元细胞及5-HT影响 被引量:7

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Hippocampus Neurons and 5-HT Contents in Rats with Transient Ischemia Reperfusion Injury

摘要 目的:探讨补阳还五汤对短暂性脑缺血再灌注的影响。方法:选用Wistar大鼠,采用双侧颈总动脉夹闭方法,制作大鼠短暂性脑缺血再灌注模型,进行脑卒中指数评分,观察海马组织形态学改变及采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定海马组织中5-HT含量。结果:术后8 d,较模型组、治疗组卒中指数有非常明显改善(P<0.01);治疗组术后1 d与8 d比较卒中指数有明显改善(P<0.05)。观察尼氏染色发现模型组有明显的形态学改变。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠海马5-HT含量明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠海马5-HT含量明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤可有效改善短暂性脑缺血再灌注损伤,起到保护作用。 Objective:To explore the effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the transient cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods:Wistar rats were selected,and the method of the transient ischemia reperfusion was established in rats by bilateral carotid artery clamping. It is to determine the Stroke Index score and to see the morphologic changes of neurons in hippocampus. The expression of 5-HT in hippocampus is determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results:8 d after operation,the treatment group compared with the model group could significantly decline on the stroke index(P〈0.01). Compared with the treatment group after 8 d,postoperative 1 d the Stroke Index has improved significantly(P〈0.05). Compared with the normal group,the model group rats hippocampus 5-HT content decreased obviously(P〈0.01).Compared with the model group,5-HT content of the treatment group rats hippocampus significantly increased(P〈0.01). Conclusions:Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve the transient ischemic reperfusion injury.
