摘要
借鉴自动控制中的闭环反馈原理将创新型人才培养体系作为控制模型研究,构建闭环反馈的创新型人才培养控制模型,将创新精神、创新意识和创新能力培养贯穿融入到人才培养体系的全过程,着重解决高等教育创新型人才培养中学生创新素质系统的建构问题,为进一步深入研究创新型人才培养这一时代性课题提供一种新的思路和新的理论观点.
Based on closed- loop feedback system theory in automatic control,the innovative talents cultivation system is researched as control model. A closed- loop feedback control model for innovative talents is buildup. It gets innovation spirits,innovation sense and innovation ability involved with the whole process of talent fostering system,aiming to solve the problem that building up students innovation quality system in university education. It provides a new thought and new theoretical perspective for the further epochal subject research about innovative talents cultivation.
