摘要
人才培养模式既有普遍性,又有特殊性。民办高校在遵循高校人才培养普遍性规律的基础上,应根据自身定位和民办高校特点,构建人才培养模式。民办高校创新人才培养模式,应该遵循效率性、适应性、多样性、兼容性、阶段性、灵活性、创新性、发展性等基本原则。
As far as men of ability training mode is concerned, it has popular nature, as well as special nature. On the foundation of following popular and special principle for training men of ability, the civilian - run Colleges and universities should according to their own features set up training mode by following the basic principles, such as effective nature, adaptive nature, various nature, concurrent nature, step nature, vivid nature, innovation nature, and developing nature, etc.
