摘要 通过分析恒压供水控制系统在工业上的实际应用状况,根据总管管网压力存在非线性和大滞后性的特点,设计基于整个供水闭环控制系统的模糊PID控制,并分析其控制原理和优点。利用Matlab对系统的PID控制、模糊控制和模糊PID控制进行仿真实验,得出模糊PID控制具有更好的控制效果,能够使系统的运行更加稳定。该控制系统在实际项目的应用中取得不错的效果,而且运行稳定,节能显著。 Through the analysis of practical application of constant pressure water supply control system in the industry,and the duct network pressure has nonlinear and large lag characteristics,based on closed loop control system,the fuzzy PID control was designed and its control principle and advantages were analyzed. Matlab was used to test and simulate fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control of PID system,and the fuzzy PID control had better control effect was reached,which can make the system run more stable. The control system has good effect in the practical application,operates stable,and saves energy obviously.
