摘要
指出了用一台变频器实现恒压供水的缺点,提出了利用变频器合软启动器实现恒压供水系统压力控制的方案,针对系统存在的大迟滞、非线性特点,提出了模糊自适应PID控制算法,通过在线实时调整PID参数提高了系统的快速性和稳定性,克服了传统PID控制器的缺点.实际应用表明,该算法县有较好的控制效果.
The paper proposes a new fuzzy PID control algorithm to produce a solution for constant pressure water supplying system. The analysis is based on two sections. In the first section, frequency-convertor and soft-starter are used to drive pump. In the second section, the PID gains are tuned using a conventional tuning method before applying fuzzy logic, and then at supervisory level, fuzzy logic readjusts the PID gains online. Result shows that fuzzy adaptive PID has better effect. The actual application showed that the algorithm had good controlling effect.
