摘要
针对交流电机启动过程的特点,设计了一个模糊软启动控制器,实现了交流电机恒流软启动控制。模糊软启动控制器采用二维结构,以电流偏差及偏差变化率为输入,模糊推理采用Mamdani推理法,控制器输出为晶闸管触发角的调节量。借助Fuzzy工具箱对设计结果进行了仿真,结果表明,模糊软启动控制器结构合理,规则简单,易于实现,电机软启动控制效果良好。
According to the characteristic of AC motor soft-start process, the paper designs a fuzzy soft-start controller. The fuzzy soft-start controller has two inputs, which are current error and current error change. Fuzzy reasoning adopts Mandani reasoning method and output is the adjustment of transistor trigger angle. Fuzzy toolbox is applied to simulate to show this design. The result shows that this design is reasonable and soft-start effect is better.
