摘要
利用真空悬浮熔炼技术熔炼了V和V-Ta合金、Nb和Nb-Ti、Nb-Zr合金、Mo和Mo-Ti合金、Ta和Ta-Ti合金以及Co-Cr-W合金等多种难熔金属及其合金。研究发现,采用真空悬浮熔炼技术熔炼难熔金属及其合金的优点是对原料的形态没有严格的要求,炉料整体熔化并且能得到充分的电磁搅拌,合金的成分和组织均匀;合金料可以随主料一起加入坩埚,也可以在熔炼过程中或熔炼结束前加入,使合金含量的精确性得到保证;真空熔炼的条件可以有效排除杂质元素;熔炼后可以根据需要直接铸造成形状和尺寸符合要求的产品。
Some kinds of refractory metals and its alloy were melted using vacuum levitation melting technology,such as V and V-Ta alloys,Nb and Nb-Ti alloys,Mo and Mo-Ti alloys,Ta and Ta-Ti alloys,Co-Cr-W,et al.The technology has its own advantages in the shape of raw materials not required strictly and uniform component and microstructure because of being melted fully and electromagnetic stirred fully as well as in the accuracy of alloy elements content because of the adding method being controlled,eliminating effectively the impurity elements in the vacuum melting condition.Finally,the products which have specified shape and size can be obtained through casting after melting.
