摘要
针对ZTA15钛合金精铸件多次油压试验中发生漏油失效问题,通过对失效件的问题区域进行宏观形貌、断口微观形貌、金相组织、化学成分及硬度等检测分析,研究缺陷产生原因。结果表明:失效件表面存在穿透性裂纹缺陷,断口呈典型的解理断裂特征,断口临近内表面脆而硬的粗大片层状组织是导致失效件开裂的诱因,其形成与补焊有关;进一步分析得出,补焊过程中氮元素偏聚引发了局部组织粗大异常、脆性增加,是打压过程中导致脆性开裂引起泄漏失效的原因。
A type of ZTA15 titanium alloy casting failed due to oil leakage during the oil pressure test.Macro-observation,crack analysis,metallographic organization examination,material composition analysis and hardness checking were carried out on the problem area of the failed parts,and the defect types and causes were determined.The results show that there are penetrating cracks on the surface of the failed parts,and the fracture is typical cleavage fracture.The brittle and hard thick lamellar structure near the inner surface of the fracture is the inducement of cracking of the failed parts,and its formation is related to repair welding.Further analysis shows that nitrogen segregation in the repair welding process leads to abnormal coarse local tissue and increased brittleness,and brittleness cracking in the pressure process leads to pressure leakage.
