摘要
运用Fluent软件对抽真空和压铸模具的排气槽形状与排气率的影响关系进行了数值仿真分析。结果表明,在型腔中抽真空能极大地提高排气率,排气槽口的形状对真空压铸的排气率的影响较大,渐变式和大截面形状的排气槽更有利于抽真空。
By using Fluent software,for vacuum and die casting cavity vent groove shape and the influence of the exhaust air rate was simulated.Results show that vacuum in the cavity can greatly improve the exhaust rate,meanwhile,for die casting,vacuum exhaust slot shape has the obvious effect on vacuum die-casting exhaust rate,in which the gradient type and large cross-sectional area in the shape of exhaust slot is more beneficial to vacuum.
