摘要
目的对小儿下呼吸道感染治疗中抗生素的合理应用进行分析。方法选取呼吸道感染的小儿200例,随机分组,常规组患者100例,给予常规抗生素治疗;干预组患者100例,给予抗生素分级应用治疗方法,对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果干预组患儿的平均治疗时间、不良反应及医疗费用等均显著优越于常规组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于下呼吸道感染的患儿给予抗生素分级应用干预措施,可有效的降低患儿术后不良反应发生,减轻不良反应发生程度,缩短用药治疗时间及治疗费用,安全性较高,适宜临床应用开展。
Objective To analyze the rational use of antibiotics in the treatment of children＇s lower respiratory infections. Methods 200 cases of lower respiratory infection children were selected and randomly divided, 100 patients in conventional group treated with conventional antibiotic treatment; 100 patients in intervention group given antibiotics grading application treatment. Results The average treatment time, adverse reactions and medical expenses etc of intervention group were significantly superior to the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the lower respiratory tract infections in children, antibiotics grading application interventions can effectively reduce postoperative adverse reactions and its degree, shorten drug treatment time and treatment costs, with a high security, which is suitable for clinical application.
