摘要
目的回顾性分析我院呼吸道患儿9种呼吸道病原体感染的临床分布情况,以帮助临床医生对儿童呼吸道感染疾病的诊治。方法采用间接免疫荧光法对血清中9种病原体的IgM抗体进行检测,并对其感染病原体情况进行回顾性分析。结果入选患儿共6152例,感染阳性1923例,阳性率为31.26%;总体阳性项目数2768项,总检出率为44.99%。阳性率高的前5种病原体分别为MP(29.63)、PIV(10.65%)、RSV(6.86%)、ADV(3.86%)、FluB(0.88%)。大部分病原体的感染呈季节性分布且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除COX、FluA病原体外,其他病原体的感染在不同年龄组的分布差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),混合感染以MP+PIV阳性率最高,约占8.39%。结论结论 MP、PIV和RSV是儿童呼吸道感染的主要病原体,且大多病原体感染均具有年龄和季节分布的特点,混合感染以MP+PIV阳性率最高。
Objective To retrospectively explore the clinical distribution of 9 respiratory pathogen infections in children with respiratory tract infection in our hospital,in order to help diagnose respiratory tract infection in children.Methods The IgM antibodies of 9 pathogens in the serum were detected by using indirect immunofluorescence assay and a retrospective analysis was performed with those data.Results A total of6152 cases were selected,in which 1923 cases(31.26%)were positive.The positive items were 2768,with the total detection rate being 44.99%.The top five high-positive-rate pathogens were MP(29.63%),PIV(10.65%),RSV(686%),ADV(3.86%)and FluB(0.88%).Most respiratory pathogen infections displayed a seasonal distribution(P 0.05).Except for COX and FluA infections,the distribution differences of other pathogens infections were statistically significant in different age groups(P 0.05),the mixed infection of MP and PIV showed the highest positive rate(8.39%).Conclusion MP,PIV and RSV are the main pathogens of respiratory infections in children,and the infections of these pathogens displayed a seasonal distribution in different age groups,with the highest positive rate being in the mixed infection of MP and PIV.
