摘要
通过高温真空处理对阻燃粘胶纤维不同时间,分析高温真空处理对阻燃粘胶纤维的性能影响.通过研究南通罗莱化纤有限责任公司采用共混法生产的阻燃粘胶纤维在真空高温下的纤维性能,为新型阻燃粘胶纤维的开发提供一定的参考依据.研究表明,除纤维断裂伸长率外,经过不同高温真空处理不同时间后,纤维热学、断裂强度及结晶度均有不同程度的下降,且变化幅度最大的温度区间在300~400,而纤维分子结构经过高温真空处理保持纤维素域的晶型结构不变.
Performance of flame retardant viscose fibers were tested to study performance impact offlame retardant viscose fibers treated by high temperature vacuum processing in different high temperatureand processing time. Studies shown that thermal properties,breaking strength and crystallinity were alldropped except elongation at break. The largest temperature range of the changes of indexes all above,were in 300~400℃,meanwhile,molecular structure keep the cellulosecrystal structure the same beforeand after high temperature vacuum processing.
