摘要
文章通过高温真空处理对阻燃粘胶纤维不同时间,分析高温真空处理对阻燃粘胶纤维的性能影响。研究表明,除纤维断裂伸长率外,经过不同高温真空处理不同时间后,纤维热学、断裂强度及结晶度均有不同程度的下降,且变化幅度最大的温度区间在300~400℃,而纤维分子结构经过高温真空处理保持纤维素Ⅱ的晶型结构不变。
Performance of flame retardant viscose fibers were tested to study influence of flame retardant viscose fibers treated by high temperature vacuum processing in different high temperature and processing time.Study shows that thermal properties,breaking strength and crystallinity were all dropped except elongation at break.The largest temperature range of the changes of indexes all above,were between 300~400℃,meanwhile,molecular structure keep the celluloseⅡ crystal structure the same before and after high temperature vacuum processing.
