摘要
随着高校竞争的日益激烈,高校师资培训工作的地位越来越重要。在分析高校师资培训绩效评价的意义和现状的基础上,从绩效评价的视角,基于个体绩效、组织绩效、社会绩效三个层面构建了高校师资培训绩效评价指标,并利用层次分析法得出各个指标的权重,最后给出提升高校师资培训绩效的措施,为推动新时期高校师资培训工作提供理论支持与现实指导。
With the increasingly fierce competition of colleges and universities,college teacher training appears to be more and more important. Based on the analysis of the significance and status of performance e-valuation on college teacher training,the performance evaluation index system was constructed from the per-spective of performance evaluation,which included three aspects:individual performance,organization perform-ance and social performance. Meanwhile,the analytic hierarchy process was applied to get the weight of every index. Finally,measures to improve the performance of college teacher training were presented,which could provide certain theoretical support and practical instruction for the college teacher training in new period.
