摘要
高校之间的竞争越来越讲究国际的影响力,高校学者作为高校的核心力量,其国际学术影响力一直备受关注。我们以2005—2017年间174名入选会计学术领军人才项目的学者为样本,研究“走出去”,也就是学者海外访问经历与其国际学术影响力的关系。研究发现:海外学术访问经历有助于提升学者国际学术影响力,对“土鳖”学者来说,这种海外学术访问经历对其国际学术影响力的提升作用更明显,这说明支持学者“走出去”是很重要的。进一步,海外学术访问经历对任职于“211工程”高校的学者的国际学术影响力提升更显著。我们的研究可以为高校国际化建设与资源配置、学者个人发展、人才体系的优化提供参考和依据。
The competition among universities is getting more and more concerned about the international influence.As the core force of universities,the international academic influence of scholars has always been emphasized.We take 174 scholars who were selected into the national accounting leading talent from 2005 to 2017 as samples to study the effect of"going abroad",that is,the influence of overseas visiting experience of scholars on their international academic influence.Our study find that overseas visiting experience helps to enhance the international academic influence of scholars.For scholars without overseas study experience,the impact can be more obvious,which shows that supporting scholars to"go abroad"is very important.Furthermore,the influence of overseas visiting experience will be more significant in 211 universities.Our research provides reference and basis for university internationalization and resource allocation,individual development of scholars,optimization of talent system.
