摘要
目的探索高校教职工职业兴趣、工作满意度和职业承诺的关系。方法使用个人球形职业兴趣量表中国式简版(PGI-SC)、工作满意度量表(MSQ)和职业承诺问卷对某高校教职工进行测查。结果教职工的职业承诺和工作满意度在性别上没有显著差异,女性在社会促进、管理、艺术和助人这4种职业兴趣类型得分上显著高于男性,在数据加工和机械两种职业兴趣类型上,男性得分要显著高于女性;相关分析表明,职业承诺与工作满意度相关显著,教职工的职业承诺与社会促进、管理、商业细节、机械、自然/户外、艺术和助人7种职业兴趣类型呈显著正相关;外部满意度和管理型职业兴趣能够显著预测教职工的职业承诺度。
Objective: To explore the relationship among vocational interests,job satisfaction and career commitment of university teachers. Methods: Using PGI-SC,MSQ and professional commitment questionnaire to survey the university teaching staff. Results: 1 There is no significant difference in sex between the professional commitment and job satisfaction of the teaching staff; In the social promotion,management,arts and helping people,the score of women is higher than men; In the data processing and machinery,the score of the male is higher than that of the female; 2 Correlation analysis shows that career commitment and job satisfaction are significantly related,while the professional commitment of teaching staff is significantly and positively related to social promotion,management,business details,machinery,natural / outdoor,arts and helping people; 3 External satisfaction and management type of vocational interest can significantly predict the occupational commitment of teaching staff.
