摘要
目的:了解中医药科研工作者的职业承诺状况,为提高科研管理提供依据。方法:对四川省67名中医药科研工作者进行职业承诺问卷调查,计算职业承诺评分平均值,并分析不同职称、年龄和性别的中医药科研工作者职业承诺的差异情况。结果:职业承诺各因素差异不大,其中继续承诺水平较高;职称高和年龄大的中医药科研工作者的情感承诺较高,继续承诺及规范承诺的水平趋于一致。结论:人口学变量如年龄、性别、职称对中医药科研工作者职业承诺有影响。
Objective:To comprehend Chinese medicine scientific research workers career commitment and provides the framework for improve the scientific research management condition. Methods:Take a questionnaire survey analysis of 67 traditional Chinese medicine research workers in Sichuan province for career commitment, Calculation and analyze career commitment scoring average based on the different professional title, age, and sex of the Chinese medicine scientific research workers career commitment variations. Results:The factors of career commitment, which continue to promise significant difference level is higher; Older high and the professional title of traditional Chinese medicine scientific research workers emotional commitment is higher, continue to promise and normative commitment level verge to converge. Conclusion:The demographic variables such as age, gender, professional title have influence to traditional Chinese medicine scientific research workers career commitment.
