摘要
目的对比精神科与综合科护士职业承诺水平差异,验证职业承诺对离职倾向的预测作用,探讨精神科护理队伍不稳定的可控影响因素。方法在借鉴国外测量工具的基础上修订职业承诺问卷和离职倾向问卷,并以86名精神科护士及136名综合医院护士为调查样本,采用回归分析和独立样本t检验分析资料。结果护士的护龄及婚姻状况对其职业承诺有一定影响,精神科护士的职业承诺较综合医院护士更低(t=-3.628,P<0.001)。结论降低精神科护士的离职倾向可针对不同个体特征,从提高护士的主、被动职业承诺入手。
Objective To compare the occupational commitment level of psychiatric nurses with those in general hospital. Confirm effect of occupational commitment on turnover intention and explore the reasons which lead to nurse turnover in psychiatric department. Methods Revised occupational commitment questionnaire, and 222 nurses were surveyed (86 from psychiatric department and 136 from general department). Data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0. Results The length of nursing service and marital status all effected nurse occupational commitment. And the occupational commitment levels of psychiatric nurses were lower than those in general department(t=-3. 628, P〈0. 001). Conclusion Based on different individual characters, increasing occupational commitment of nurse may be the effective measures for controlling nurse turnover.
