摘要
ITK(insight segmentation and registration toolkit)作为一个面向对象的开放类库,集成大量的图像处理方法并广泛应用于医学图像的预处理、分割以及配准。针对海量的医学影像数据在存储与传输过程中的效率优化问题,提出一种基于ITK平台提取医学影像中目标图像数据的方法,是对图像分割算法的一种实际应用。对如何利用图像分割降低医学图像的数据量进行研究。将根据阈值分割提取效果与根据阈值分割与区域生长结合起来的提取效果作实验对比,研究结果表明将两种方法结合在一起提取的数据量比仅根据阈值分割提取的数据量更小。实验表明将图像分割应用于医学影像数据提取可以取得较理想的效果,并且对移动医疗的发展有着现实的意义。
ITK( Insight Segmentation and Registration Toolkit) is an open-source,object-oriented insight class libraries.It provides a large number of image processing methods for medical image preprocessing,segmentation and registration.In order to improve the efficiency of medical data storage and transmission,ITK is mainly used in medical image preprocessing,a method to extract the target image data of medical image based on the platform of ITK is put forward. It is a practical application of image segmentation algorithm. This paper introduces the process of how to use the image segmentation to reduce the amount of data of medical image. Compare the result according to threshold segmentation and the result according to threshold segmentation and region growing,we find that the latter result is better than the former. The experiment result shows that appling the image segmentation method in extracting medical image data can get ideal result and it has practical significance in the developing of mobile medical.
