摘要
目的探析麦默通乳腺肿瘤旋切术围术期运用全程优质护理的临床价值。方法选取200例行麦默通乳腺肿瘤旋切术的良性乳腺肿癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以全程优质护理,比较分析2组并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 2组并发症及护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理用于麦默通乳腺肿瘤旋切术围术期护理,能有效降低患者并发症发生率,显著提升护理满意度。
Objective To study the clinical value of whole course quality nursing in Mam- motome atherectomy of breast tumor in the perioperative period. Methods A total of 200 benign breast tumor patients with Mammotome athereetomy of breast tumor in our hospital were selected as the objects, and were randomized into control group and observation group, the patients in control group were given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given whole course high quality nursing. The complications and nursing satisfaction were compared in two groups. Results The differ- ences in complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The whole course quality nursing in Mammotome atherectomy of breast tumor in the perioperative period can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satis- faction.
