摘要
目的:观察静脉麻醉方式在B超引导下麦默通乳房肿块旋切术中疗效。方法:为50例患者实施静脉麻醉,在B超引导下行乳房肿块旋切术,调查患者及手术者对此麻醉方式的满意度。结果:90%的患者对手术感到紧张,80%的患者对手术中可能发生的疼痛表示在意,通过改变传统的局部浸润麻醉方式,94%的患者对在静脉麻醉方式下行乳房肿块旋切手术表示满意。结论:静脉麻醉在B超引导下麦默通乳房肿块旋切术中的应用效果良好。
Objective:To observe the effect of intravenous anesthesia in Mai Mo Tong breast lumps atherectomy in B ultrasound guided.Methods:50 cases were treated with intravenous anesthesia.They underwent breast lumps atherectomy in B ultrasound guided,and we investigated the patients and operation in anesthesia satisfaction.Results:The survey showed that 90% cases had operation nervous.80% cases were concerned about the possible pain in operation.By changing the traditional local infiltration anesthesia,94% cases were satisfied with the intravenous anesthesia for breast lumps of rotary cut operation.Conclusion:The application effect of intravenous anesthesia in MMT operation was good.
