摘要
基于SBM超效率模型,测算了我国29个省份1990~2012年全要素电能效率,采用空间自相关分析方法和空间面板计量模型,探讨了中国省级尺度电能效率的时空格局特征及其主要影响因素。研究结果表明:1990~2012年间,我国电能效率总体上呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,在空间分布上呈现明显的东高西低的地域性特征。省域之间电能效率具有显著的溢出效应,优化产业结构、提高FDI依存度、对外开放、城市化水平和实际电价水平有利于改善电能效率;而政府影响力与电能效率则存在负相关关系。
This paper estimates total factor efficiency of electric power in 29 provinces of China during 1990-2012,based on the model of SBM super efficiency.Then spatial autocorrelation method and space panel econometric model are used to investigate the energy efficiency characteristics from the perspective of time and space and the main influencing factors.The research results are presented the following three aspects:During 1990-2012,energy efficiency of China showed a trend which is downward after the first rise in general,the regional characteristic that the east was efficient and the west was in the other side.Overflow effect is significant between different provinces.And there are several favorable measures to improve the power efficiency,such as optimizing the industrial structure,improving the foreign trade dependency,the level of the urbanization and the actual price.However,there is a negative correlation between energy efficiency and the influence of government.
